👋 Hello to our new newsletter readers! I’m Cynthia Widjaja - learning and development professional, data science nerd, digital marketing enthusiast, TechWalk Silicon Valley Chapter community member, and newsletter editor. I’d love your help with a few things:

For three years, we watched them find each other organically. Now we're making it official.

Operation Rising Tide is TechWalk's new matching program. Not vague mentorship. Not another advisory relationship that fades after three calls. Six-week engagements. Real projects. Defined deliverables. Accountability on both sides.

We're selecting 5 experts and 5 founders for our first beta cohort. Applications are open now. March 15th is the deadline to apply.
